This verse is a direct call from Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) to every soul. He invites us to turn to Him in supplication, with full assurance that He hears and responds. It teaches us that du‘ā is a bridge between the servant and the Creator, and every whispered prayer is valuable, even when delayed in response.
This verse reminds us that Allah (عَزَّ وَجَلَّ) is always near — waiting for us to speak, to call, to hope. Du‘ā is never wasted.
And as always, لله أعلم (God knows best).
